By downloading or using Blink ("the app"), you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard EULA, which is incorporated by reference.

License

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Blink on any Apple device tied to your Apple ID, for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the app.

Subscriptions and purchases

Blink Premium is offered as an optional auto-renewing subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel subscriptions from Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.

Health disclaimer

Blink provides reminders based on the 20-20-20 eye-care guideline. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Consult an eye-care professional for any vision concerns.

Your data

All data is stored on-device only. Blink makes no network requests and collects no personal data. See the privacy policy for the full picture.

Disclaimer of warranties

Blink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
