Start with the quick answers below. If Blink still feels off, email the developer directly.
On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, search for Blink, and confirm notifications, banners, and sounds are allowed. On Mac, check System Settings under Notifications. Blink registers only the active phase's completion and optional 30-second Pomodoro heads-up, not a chain of later alerts. Pausing, resetting, skipping, or quitting normally removes or replaces obsolete requests. A Focus mode can also silence an allowed alert.
iOS can suspend Blink after it leaves the foreground. The current countdown continues using system time, but a Live Activity control or automatic change to the next phase is not a guaranteed wake path. Open Blink if a control does not take effect or the displayed phase becomes stale; the app will restore the timer state.
Blink restores elapsed timer state when it returns and registers only the current phase's completion with the operating system, plus the optional Pomodoro heads-up at 30 seconds remaining. It never projects a chain of later phases. The Live Activity can show the current countdown, but it may not change to the next phase while Blink is suspended. Force-quitting an already suspended process can prevent Blink from receiving the callback that removes its current pending alert.
Use Restore Purchases from the Blink paywall while signed into the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Apple and RevenueCat will validate the entitlement.
Manage weekly or yearly subscriptions in your Apple Account subscriptions. For refund requests, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple makes refund decisions.
The free-session count is stored in Keychain so deleting and reinstalling Blink does not reset it. Premium only removes this session limit; every feature is already free.
Blink has no cloud sync. Timer settings and session history are local to each iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Purchases can still be restored through the same Apple Account.

Use the default 20-20-20 rhythm or switch to a classic Pomodoro cycle.
Erase session history and settings from Blink itself. Blink does not create a cloud copy of timer state or history.
Use iOS or iPadOS 18 and later, or macOS 14 and later.
