By downloading or using Blink, you agree to these terms and Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement, which is incorporated by reference.
License
You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Blink on Apple devices associated with your Apple Account, subject to Apple's rules and these terms. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer Blink except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Free use
Blink provides 20 free focus-session starts. Every timer mode, theme, app icon, sound, widget, shortcut, statistic, and supported platform feature is available during free use. The free-session count is stored in Apple Keychain and can survive deleting and reinstalling Blink.
Premium and Lifetime
Premium unlocks unlimited focus-session starts. It does not unlock a separate feature set. Blink offers weekly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions, plus a one-time Lifetime purchase. Blink does not offer a free trial.
Products and prices shown inside Blink come from your App Store storefront and can vary by region, currency, tax, and Apple's pricing.
Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when a purchase is confirmed. Weekly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not normally end access before the paid period expires. Apple handles billing and refund decisions. Refund requests can be made at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Use Restore Purchases inside Blink to recover an eligible Premium or Lifetime entitlement associated with your Apple Account.
Health disclaimer
Blink provides timer reminders inspired by the 20-20-20 eye-break habit. Blink is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any condition. Do not delay professional care because of information in Blink. Contact an eye-care professional about symptoms or vision concerns.
Your data and purchases
Timer settings, session history, eye-break logs, and timer state are stored locally and are not synced by Blink. RevenueCat is used for purchase and entitlement management. Apple handles App Store billing. Read the privacy policy for details.
Availability and updates
Blink may change, add, remove, or discontinue functionality as the app evolves. Device, operating system, storefront, and regional availability can vary. Updates may be required for compatibility, security, or purchase services.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blink is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Blink. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Blink during the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as Blink changes. The latest version will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
